With a focus on ensuring affordable and workforce housing funds provide verified resident and community impact outcomes, as well as property performance outcomes and strong returns for investors. Thesis: Many sources of institutional capital are derived from the people, and should be committed to net positive outcomes for the people. It is Our Community Capital.
